Awesome Textpattern: a Curated List of Textpattern Plugins & Resources

I’ve just released a little project I’ve been putting together for the Textpattern community: Awesome Textpattern. It’s a curated list of Textpattern plugins and resources hosted on GitHub.

I’ve written a full explanation as to what it is on my blog, but essentially the idea is for it to be a community driven resource for stable plugins and relevant resources to the latest version of Textpattern. If you work with Textpattern please take a look and start contributing to the list by making pull requests. I hope we can all build this into an invaluable resource.

Thanks Phil, I thought it might be a good idea.

Thanks for offering to contribute. My hope is that this becomes a really community-driven resource, so the more the merrier.

Thanks for the positive feedback. I’ve already received several pull requests from people (including juanjonavarro). It’s good to see the community working together to build this up. Hopefully this will continue (and perhaps pick up some momentum).

Would be nice to see more plugins on github, so one can fork and develope it further, when the original author has lost his interest.

You need this one in there: forum.textpattern.com/viewtopic.php?id=36629

Though I’m partial to the original (simpler) pub_default_draft because it does one thing well and requires no extra preferences. (I’m a ‘fewer preference controls is better’ kind of believer.)

Re: Awesome Textpattern: a Curated List of Textpattern Plugins & Resources

With a new version of Textpattern out the Awesome Textpattern list needs updating. If you come across any plugins that are no longer stable in the latest release could people help by making a pull request or raising an issue on the list so that it can be brought up to date?

Also, please feel free to contribute plugins that are missing.

Those are obsolete now, of course. Or at least the pub_default_draft is.
